Questions before you engage HSS
How does this differ from operational ICS training?
Executive preparedness focuses on policy, oversight and strategic decisions and their relationship to operational coordination. Named ICS courses have their own curriculum and completion requirements.
Can a session resolve governance issues?
It can make issues explicit and facilitate decisions. Formal delegations, policies and organizational changes still require the appropriate client approvals.
Is this a keynote or a consulting workshop?
A keynote introduces ideas to an audience. A consulting workshop uses client context, preparation and defined outputs to address an organizational need.
